The License Agreement applies to both MisterElement's collections and Blue67's collections.
All digital files are Mac/PC Adobe® Illustrator (version 8) .eps. which can be use Adobe® Photoshop, Macromedia® Freehand, Corel® Draw and many other vector and graphics programs. Every image in the collections is on a separate file labeled with a descriptive term (i.e. "giraffe") so you can find specific images easily. Each collection comes with an index sheet with all images and ID numbers for quick identification.

Erik (aka MisterElements) is a professional illustrator with over 15 years experience creating art for apparel, consumer products, and publishing. Erik graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with honors. His illustration training emphasized the traditional skills of drawing and painting. This traditional foundation allows him to create digital work that feels truly unique. Before starting his own business, Erik worked as a product merchandiser for some of the largest apparel companies in New York City. Most recently Erik created a new 2D HD animated pre-school series called Playtime Buddies™ that is currently in production with 52 13 minute episodes. The show will be airing in Fall 2013 in several countries.
Erik is also the man behind the hands in the popular "MisterElements Draws" how-to-draw tutorials on youtube.
Besides creating art, Erik enjoys playing chess and other strategy games, spending time with his family, roadtrips, and drinking too much coffee.
Jess (aka Blue67) is an illustrator and designer with almost a decade of professional experience. (She is also Erik's business partner/wife and is responsible for maintaining this lovely website you are browsing!) Her illustrations have appeared on everything from magazine covers, to tutorials, to national tv commercials, to greeting cards and books. Jess also graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with honors. She is pleased to now be featured in the MisterElements store!

I've bought the Standard License and now I need the Unlimited License. What should I do?
Easy! Just go to the section in the store called "License Upgrades" and choose the collection you would like to upgrade. You will need to enter your previous order confirmation number in the field provided.
I'd like to order a custom a la carte collection with both MisterElement's and Blue67's art. Is that possible?
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to mix & match MisterElement's characters and Blue67's doodles or patterns for the a la carte custom collections.
Help! I'm not sure type of license to get. What do you recommend?
Please read though our Art Usage License Agreement. We offer both a Standard and Unlimited License. If you're still not sure, send us an email detailing how you plan to use the art and we'll let you know which license you need.
How will I receive the digital files for the collections I purchased?
All MisterElements products are available for DOWNLOAD only. After you pay you will see a "Download" button. Just click that and your files will download to your computer immediately. That's it!
Oh no! I closed my Order Confirmation page before I downloaded my product! What should I do?
Just go to your Order Confirmation email and click on "Check the Status of your Order" link. This will bring you back to the Confirmation page. You will need to enter your email address to verify the order and re-download your product(s).
I need something very specific. Does MisterElements create custom art?

I want to swap one set out of a bundle pack and replace it with another collection. Can I do this?
YES! We now offer a la carte collections. Please visit our Custom Collections section for more information.
I love your cute animals but I just don't need 100. Can I just buy my favorite 10 instead?
YES! We now offer a la carte custom mini-collections. We'd need to know exactly which images you'd like. Once we've created the custom collection we'll add it to the store under the "Custom Art" section and you can add it to your cart and checkout as normal. Please visit our Custom Collections section for more information.
Can I use a coupon code for a custom order?
Yes and No. While we do accept coupon codes for a la carte orders, we DO NOT accept coupon codes for custom created royalty-free images and commissioned projects (these are specific projects that customers contact us about and we provide quotes for). If you have any questions please let us know!
